Raymondville, TX – Raymondville ISD is excited to welcome William Littleton as the district’s new Athletic Director and Head Football Coach. With over a decade of coaching experience, Coach Littleton brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and leadership to the Bearkat athletic program.
Since beginning his coaching career in 2010, Coach Littleton has made a significant impact in Texas high school athletics. Most recently, he served as the Head Football Coach and Athletic Coordinator at PSJA Memorial High School (2021–present). In 2023, he led the Wolverines to their first playoff appearance since 2012, showcasing his ability to bring out the best in his players and foster a culture of determination and achievement. In 2025, Coach Littleton was selected to coach the RGV Football West All-Star Team, where he led his team to a 17-10 victory over the East squad.
A decorated athlete himself, William Littleton was a multi-sport standout at Cuero High School. He qualified for the state high jump competition three times, capturing the 3A State High Jump Championship twice. His success continued at Angelo State University, where he was a three-time Division II All-American and a two-time National High Jump Champion. Littleton went on to graduate from the University of Texas-Pan American as a four-time Division I All-American High Jumper.
Coach Littleton expressed his excitement about joining the Raymondville ISD family:
"I am honored to join the Bearkat community and am eager to build upon the rich traditions of Raymondville athletics. I look forward to working with our talented student-athletes and coaches to achieve excellence both on and off the field."
