Congratulations to Reynaldo Flores on His Outstanding Achievement!

Raymondville ISD proudly celebrates Reynaldo Flores, Special Education Director for Raymondville ISD and Wil-Cam Coop since June 2024, on successfully defending his dissertation. He will graduate in May 2025 with a Doctor of Education in Organizational Management from Nova Southeastern University, further enhancing his expertise and dedication to serving our students.

Mr. Flores brings exceptional leadership and experience to his role, supported by these impressive qualifications:

  • Certifications: Special Education Grades (EC-12), Generalist (EC-6), Reading Academies, Principal (EC-12), Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (TTESS), and Texas Principal Evaluation and Support System (TPESS).
  • Advanced Education:
    • Doctor of Education in Organizational Management from Nova Southeastern University (May 2025).
    • Master of Education in Special Education from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.
  • Experience:
    • 5 years of Special Education teaching, specializing in behavior and academics.
    • 5 years of leadership as an Assistant Principal and Principal.
    • Former Director at Vanguard Academy, where he successfully managed services for 539 Special Education students, earning a 2024 Special Education Determination Status: Meets Requirements on the Texas Academic Performance Report (TAPR).

Raymondville ISD Superintendent Stetson Roane shared, “Congratulations to Mr. Flores on his outstanding achievement. The district is fortunate to have him as our Special Education Director. Mr. Flores is knowledgeable, hard-working, and extremely well-qualified for this position.”
